What I’m talking about is this:
The Happy Cow Bill that Assemblyman Ted Lieu authored, otherwise known as The Happy Cow Bill has passed a Senate vote 24-12 and is on its way to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s desk.
Sen. Alan Lowenthal carried the bill  to the Senate side and it passed!
We can make a change, lets keep it up!
